Our 800 x 600mm ISPM15 Pallet Collar Kit provides a compact, secure and reusable wooden packaging solution for businesses requiring a smaller pallet box for the storage, transportation and international export of goods.

Each kit is supplied assembled and ready to use and includes 1 new heat-treated 800 x 600mm wooden half pallet, your choice of 1–5 heat-treated wooden pallet collars and 1 heat-treated OSB lid. Simply select the number of collars required to create a pallet box at the height best suited to your products.

The compact 800 x 600mm half-pallet footprint makes this kit particularly useful for smaller consignments, components, spare parts and valuable goods where a full-size pallet box would be unnecessarily large. Its smaller footprint can also help businesses make more efficient use of warehouse and transport space.

The wooden pallet and collars are manufactured using quality timber and are heat treated to ISPM15 standards, making the kit suitable for international export where ISPM15-compliant wooden packaging is required.

Each collar features strong metal hinged corners and securely stacks onto the collar below, allowing the height of the pallet box to be increased or reduced depending on the size and volume of the goods being packed. When empty, the collars can be folded flat, significantly reducing the space required for storage and return transportation.

The included heat-treated OSB lid completes the system, helping to protect and contain the contents during storage and transit. Together, the pallet, collars and lid create a practical reusable alternative to traditional wooden packing cases and crates.
