Co-founder and brother to Allen, John was instrumental in driving the business to success.
Co-founder Allen, after being hands-on for many years and, together with John, giving Associated Pallets the backbone it still has today, now has the luxury of leaving the responsibility of driving the business further forward to his younger family members.
As a managing director with over 30 years of experience, Darren oversees all aspects of the business; he has been a part of the team from the very beginning, which has played an integral part in the establishment of the business.
Chris has over 15 years of experience in strategic management and leadership roles. As a Managing Director, Chris also oversees all aspects of the business, with his key responsibilities being growth and development.
As a Purchasing Manager, Steve plays a pivotal role in optimising sourcing strategies and ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services from our partners. Steve's hands-on approach to campaign management has consistently delivered measurable results across various channels.
Jack’s role is multifaceted, encompassing both strategic leadership and operational oversight to drive business success, ensuring customers receive expert advice and tailored quotations for a variety of applications. Jack also oversees manufacturing operations to ensure our customers receive a high level of service.
Claire Baker – Finance Manager
With over a decade of experience working with the team, Claire plays a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and stability of Associated Pallets. Claire's wealth of knowledge within the business and industry plays a vital role in the team.
Lena helps with general administrative admin duties, including assisting with our accounts team. Lena is very proactive with her work and brings a positive vibe into the office.
With a growing workforce and customer base, Hannah oversees the Quality and Environmental System within Associated Pallets. Her key responsibility is to ensure that processes are in place to monitor and improve quality and environmental performance. All of this, in turn, leads to sustainable, reliable, safe practices for our employees and customers.
Jordan is part of a critical aspect of the business operations, ensuring accuracy and facilitating timely deliveries. With his strong organizational skills, attention to detail and effective communication abilities, Jordan contributes to a smooth and reliable order fulfilment process.
Our transport manager, Darren, is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination and management of the transport and logistics within the business. he plays an important role in fleet management, including route planning and optimization, which ensures customers' deadlines are met.
