Our 1200 x 1000mm ISPM15 Pallet Collar Kit provides a complete, secure and reusable wooden packaging solution for the storage, transportation and export of valuable or sensitive goods.

Each kit is supplied assembled and ready to use and includes 1 new heat-treated wooden pallet, your choice of 1–5 heat-treated wooden pallet collars and 1 heat-treated OSB lid. Simply select the number of collars required to create a pallet box at the height best suited to your products.

The kit is supplied as standard with our APNWP2 1200 x 1000mm perimeter-base wooden pallet. If an open-base pallet is required instead, please specify this when ordering.

Manufactured using quality needlewood and hardwood timber, the pallet and collars are heat treated to ISPM15 standards, making the kit suitable for international export where ISPM15-compliant wooden packaging is required.

Each collar features strong metal hinged corners and securely stacks onto the collar below, allowing the height of the box to be increased or reduced as required. When the collars are no longer needed, their clever folding design allows them to fold flat, significantly reducing the space required for storage and return transportation.

The heat-treated OSB lid completes the system, helping to protect and contain the goods inside and creating a practical reusable alternative to conventional wooden packing cases and crates.
