Our 1200 x 800mm Euro Pallet Collar Kit provides a complete, secure and reusable wooden packaging solution for the storage, transportation and export of valuable or sensitive goods.

Each kit is supplied assembled and ready to use and includes 1 new heat-treated Euro pallet, your choice of 1–5 heat-treated wooden pallet collars and 1 heat-treated OSB lid. Simply select the number of collars required to create a pallet box at the height best suited to your products.

Based around the standard 1200 x 800mm Euro pallet footprint, this kit is particularly suitable for businesses operating throughout UK and European supply chains. The internationally recognised pallet size makes it a versatile packaging solution for manufacturing, engineering, warehousing, distribution and export applications.

The wooden pallet and collars are manufactured using quality timber and are heat treated to ISPM15 standards, making the kit suitable for international export where ISPM15-compliant wooden packaging is required.

Each collar features strong metal hinged corners and securely stacks onto the collar below, allowing the height of the pallet box to be increased or reduced depending on the size and volume of the goods being packed. When no longer required, the collars can be folded flat, significantly reducing the space needed for storage and return transportation.

The included heat-treated OSB lid completes the system, helping to protect and contain the products inside and creating a practical reusable alternative to conventional wooden packing cases and crates.
