Our New Wooden Pallet Collar 800 x 600mm is a compact and versatile packaging solution designed to transform a standard 800 x 600mm half pallet into a secure pallet box for storing, handling and transporting smaller goods.

Manufactured from new timber and fitted with strong metal hinges at each corner, the collar can be quickly positioned onto a compatible 800 x 600mm pallet without specialist tools or permanent fixings. Its hinged construction allows the collar to fold flat when not in use, helping to minimise storage space and improve efficiency during return transportation.

Each collar provides 195mm of additional height, with multiple collars able to be stacked on top of one another to create a deeper container. This allows the height to be easily adjusted depending on the quantity and size of the products being stored.

The compact 800 x 600mm half-pallet footprint makes this pallet collar particularly useful where a full-size pallet box would be unnecessarily large. It is ideal for smaller components, parts, loose products and picking applications within warehouses, manufacturing facilities and distribution centres.

When combined with a compatible 800 x 600mm wooden pallet and pallet lid, the collars create a flexible reusable packaging system that can be assembled, dismantled and reused as required.
