Our New Wooden Pallet Collar 1200 x 800mm provides a practical and flexible way to transform a standard Euro-size 1200 x 800mm pallet into a secure pallet box, helping to contain and protect goods during storage, handling and transportation.
Manufactured from new timber and fitted with strong metal hinges at each corner, the collar can be quickly placed onto a compatible 1200 x 800mm pallet without the need for specialist tools or permanent fixings. Its hinged design allows the collar to fold flat when not in use, significantly reducing the space required for storage and return transportation.
Each pallet collar provides approximately 195mm of additional height and multiple collars can be stacked securely on top of one another. This allows businesses to easily adjust the overall height of the pallet box depending on the size and volume of the goods being stored or transported.
The popular 1200 x 800mm Euro pallet footprint makes these collars particularly useful for businesses operating within UK and European supply chains. They provide an effective way to contain smaller components, loose products and irregularly shaped goods that may otherwise be difficult to secure on a standard open pallet.
