Our New Wooden Pallet Collar 1200 x 1000mm provides a simple and flexible way to transform a standard 1200 x 1000mm wooden pallet into a secure pallet box, helping to contain, protect and organise goods during storage, handling and transportation.
Manufactured from new timber with strong metal hinges at each corner, the collar can be quickly positioned on top of a compatible pallet without the need for specialist tools or permanent fixings. The hinged construction also allows the collar to fold flat when not in use, helping to reduce the amount of space required for storage and return transport.
Each pallet collar provides approximately 195mm of additional height and multiple collars can be stacked on top of one another, allowing the height of the pallet box to be adjusted depending on the size and volume of the goods being stored. This makes pallet collars an extremely versatile alternative to fixed wooden boxes and crates.
The enclosed sides help prevent loose, smaller or irregularly shaped products from falling from the pallet, making collars particularly useful for warehousing, manufacturing, picking, component storage and distribution applications.
When combined with a suitable 1200 x 1000mm pallet and pallet lid, the collars can create a practical reusable packaging system that can be assembled, dismantled and reused as required.
