Our Recycling ProcessĀ
Our main goal for our recycling process is to get the pallet back to practical use. In most cases, this means that we will always try to repair or refurbish the old pallet. This goal is always the first step for our team as we want to reduce timber waste as much as we possibly can. With the knowledge and skill our team presents, this step can usually be met for the unused and unwanted pallets.Ā
However, there may become times when we cannot refurbish or repair an old pallet. In this case, your old pallet will still not end up in a landfill site. We will strip and dismantle the pallet into reusable components. We do this using our high-quality pallet dismantling machine, and we will save the parts that we will be able to use again. If we find parts of the pallet that we cannot use again, we will send them off to a chipping facility.
Saving The Trees
We have so many amazing statistics, and one that we are extremely proud of is we have approximately sold 245,000 refurbished wooden pallets back into service in 2019 alone. This is an astonishing amount of refurbished pallets, and to think about the number of trees we saved! The timber from the pallets we couldn’t repair, we sent approximately 36 tonnes of wood to a chipping facility to be used for multiple other purposes. If we look further into the statistics, we have estimated that the 245,000 wooden pallets mean we roughly saved 8,900 trees from being felled!
In the last 18 months, our new recycled wooden pallets have saved an amazing 67 trees. The 67 trees are over 26 cubic meters which is a remarkable statistic to achieve in a year and a half. Also, for every 50 – 100 new recycled wooden pallets sold, we save one fully grown tree!

We have an environmental management system put into place to ensure that we abide by the rules we have set out. Our environmental management system has been implemented to the ISO ( International Standards Organisation) standards 9001:2015 and 14001:2015. Also, all of our staff have been made aware of our aims and objectives to improve and contribute to sustainable practices.Ā

We are proud to offer our wooden pallet collection service to help reduce wooden pallets wastage. We offer our collection service across the UK; therefore, if you are not in our area of the UK, that’s not a problem. We even pay for your pallets, depending on type, location and quantity.
